PGA Tour pro Michael Kim has dropped an hilarious tale about a one-time Masters competitor who infuriated the green jackets.
In case you weren’t aware there are many dos and don’ts when it comes to Augusta National.
For example: don’t run, don’t use your phone, don’t bring your own food and drink onto the premises, sit only in your own seat and don’t pester competitors for autographs while they are out on the course.
When it comes to those in the field, it surely goes without saying that after the tournament you shouldn’t leave your courtesy Mercedes at an airport you were specifically told not to abandoned with the keys still inside.
Kim, 30, did not say who the player was.
“The player only played one Masters and he never qualified again,” he wrote on X.
“I’m not sure if this offense was enough to not get him invited back but they were obviously not amused.”

Amazing.
His post prompted a number of golf fans to do some sleuthing to try and identify the culprit.
One user joked that the guilty party was perhaps the now retired French pro Victor Dubuisson.
Dubuisson, 33, made the shock decision to retire last December citing loneliness.
But the former Ryder Cup star had a reputation for unpredictability throughout his short career.
He made only one Masters
