Bombshell F1 reports suggest Christian Horner could join Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc at Ferrari

In a stunning development within the Formula 1 world, reports suggest that Ferrari made an ambitious move to recruit Red Bull team principal Christian Horner to join their ranks alongside star drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc.

According to German outlet Bild, Ferrari approached Horner amid a rocky start to the 2025 F1 season, hoping the seasoned Red Bull boss could provide the leadership needed to steer the Italian outfit back to championship contention.

After narrowly missing out on the Constructors’ Championship by 17 points last season, Ferrari now finds both titles slipping further away just eight races into the current campaign.

Despite Ferrari’s overtures, Horner is said to have declined, firmly committed to Red Bull and unwilling to lead any other team in the sport.

Meanwhile, Ferrari’s fortunes on the track have seen recent improvement. Charles Leclerc delighted home fans with a second-place finish at the Monaco Grand Prix behind McLaren’s Lando Norris, while Lewis Hamilton battled back from a three-place grid penalty to secure fifth. The seven-time world champion also managed a solid P4 finish at Imola, providing a glimmer of hope for the team.

Ferrari currently sits fourth in the Constructors’ standings, just five points behind second-placed Mercedes, as the battle for the top continues to intensify.
