Less than two weeks ago, specifically after finishing the FedEx St. Jude Championship, Jordan Spieth spoke about his need to undergo surgery and said the following (via CNN):

“I’ve got to have it [the wrist] operated on ASAP, and then I’ll go through the process of what I’m supposed to do from there.”
Jordan Spieth has been dealing with this wrist injury since the 2023 PGA Championship. He played through it for the rest of the season, but it got worse during the off-season.
