Scottie Scheffler has made his fans nervous after they all spotted a big change to his setup in Houston.
Golf fans all say same thing after seeing new Scottie Scheffler video
Scottie Scheffler’s fans have all said the same thing after a video emerged of the World No. 1 putting in some time on the greens ahead of the Houston Open.
Golf fans are naturally superstitious, and many sign up for the idea that when things go well, you shouldn’t make any big changes.
Clearly, Scheffler doesn’t sign up to that particular school of thought and, as a result, has made a very noticeable change to his setup ahead of this week’s Houston Open.
Having won back-to-back tournaments, Scheffler is in red-hot form, and a number of fans have speculated that his new beard is the difference maker.
The grizzly-looking version of Scheffler has been on a tear in recent weeks, winning both the Arnold Palmer Invitational and the Players Championship, netting himself a cool $8.5 million in the process.

Despite the dizzying run of form, Scheffler has shaved his beard ahead of this week’s Houston Open.
Much like the biblical tale of Samson and his hair, Scheffler’s fans will be hoping the loss of facial hair won’t result in Scheffler losing his golfing powers overnight, as he has a piece of history to chase this week.
If Scheffler wins the Houston Open, he will become the first player since Rory McIlroy in 2014 to win three straight stroke-play events on the PGA Tour.
Scheffler would also become the first player since Dustin Johnson to win three PGA Tour events in a row, something Johnson achieved when landing the 2017 WGC Match Play.

As soon as the video went live on the PGA Tour’s Instagram account, fans immediately began to question Scheffler’s decision.
