Nikola Jokic is set to play against the OKC Thunder tonight, as he’s not on the Nuggets’ injury report.
While Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon are listed as “probable” with ankle and heel issues, respectively, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope remains sidelined due to concussion protocols. Jokic recently led the Nuggets to a decisive 124-101 victory over the Brooklyn Nets, securing a triple-double with 26 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists.
Murray, despite nursing ankle injuries, contributed 16 points in around 22.5 minutes, and Gordon added 13 points in under 24 minutes against the Nets. Peyton Watson’s notable bench performance included 18 points, seven rebounds, five assists, one steal, and one block. With the game settled early, key players rested for the upcoming match against the Thunder.The Thunder’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is anticipated to face extra attention after scoring 43 points in their previous game.
Meanwhile, Justin Holiday, aiming to step up with Caldwell-Pope still out, had a quiet two-point game against the Nets.
